Just a 5-minute boat ride from Tortola, Little Thatch Island is a tropical jewel in the Caribbean Sea. This private 54-acre island is home to Seagrape Villa, a little cottage on a white sand beach. Plumbago Cottage, adjacent to Seagrape Cottage, is set up as a beach bar, and is vacant most of the year. However, from time to time the island's owners will arrive on Little Thatch for a visit and spend time at Plumago Cottage. The owner's residence is up on the high hilltop of the island, out of sight of the beach and the cottages.

Jon and Katy, the resident caretakers and managers, live in a house located on the other side of Little Thatch Island, but are available should you have questions or a problem to be solved. But your privacy and tranquility are assured. Little Thatch Island is the perfect getaway for guests in search of paradise.
